Delete your Fiddox account
This page explains how the account deletion flow works in the Fiddox mobile app and what happens after you submit a deletion request.
How the deletion process works
Based on the live flow used in the Fiddox app, account deletion is requested from inside the authenticated user profile, then scheduled for permanent removal after a grace period.
Open the Fiddox app
Sign in to your account on the Fiddox mobile app and open your Profile page.
Go to Delete Account
Inside Profile, tap the Delete Account option to open the deletion request screen.
Request account deletion
Tap Request account deletion to start the permanent deletion process for your account.
Automatic sign-out
After a successful request, you are signed out of the app for account safety.
30-day deletion window
Your account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days, which is the standard grace period shown in the app.
Important notes
Account deletion is permanent once the process is completed.
You may lose access to your account immediately after submitting the request.
Use the Support option in the app before continuing if you need help first.
If you cannot access the app, contact Fiddox Support and request deletion assistance.
